Four new luxury homes, situated on a brand new road in Whalley Range. The four bedroom houses will be built to the highest standard with a high quality finish boasting state of the art design and construction.
Lancaster Road
We have secured the Lancaster Road project in Salford. This is a major loft conversion of 2 semi detached houses including dormers and balconies at the back. This project will be expected to start in the summer of 2021.
Moss Lane East
Located in the heart of the Manchester, we are currently working hard to acquire planning approval for a 5 storey hotel near the city center.
Expected completion date TBC.
Broadfield Road
The Broadfield Road scheme will be starting mid 2022 and will provide 4 three story townhouses. It will provide much needed new housing for the area around central Manchester
