MAI Construction is proud to present Lawn Drive. A brand new development of 4 new luxury homes with their own private road. MAI Construction has worked hard to offer a high quality finish and maintain very high quality construction methods and materials throughout. 

The houses feature a large open plan ground floor that ties in a living room, day room and kitchen, opening up into the garden through bi-folding doors spanning wall to wall.

The site for this project was previously used as a tennis club but dwindling member numbers over the years left it disused and derelict. The clients purchased the land and wanted to redevelop it into new homes that were high quality, unique, and fit into the context of the local area.

The homes were completed in December 2021 and have been put up for sale.
