MAI Construction has been instructed to develop this land on the corner of Moss Lane and Broadfield Road. Planning is due to be granted very soon with work scheduled to commence mid 2022 and to be completed in 2023. 

 The scheme will involve developing the unused land into 4 three story townhouses.
